The new switch off lights my day
And it′s more than just the sun
A preciousness to tell about
The brown-eyed stranger next to me
Her eyes – enticing – to get lost in
As lost as sand grains at the shore

Every night seems bright, have a good flight,
What a nice sight, feeling alright – high
Glasses colored rose, such a high dose,
Everything flows as the time goes – by

No sense of time, days seem sublime, a snapshot that's mine
We share an unburdened state of mind, a reason to whine

But these pictures yellow grey
All the light plants pined away
Reminiscence still draws my attention off
The lingering sound of the restorative stay


New horizons light her day
She′s a mirror to the sun
Surreal snatches of sunshine
The happy spa guest next to her
Blinded by reflecting lights
Demanding shades for both of them
