And are you fulfilled?
And is your life easier?
Look at what you′ve built

We were so clever, and wise beyond our time
Everything was ours to enrich our lives
The strength of a man, the pride of his work
Been replaced by machines with both no toil or mirth
Lost control and they multiply
The first, there are richer; the poor they divide


Things we created in innocence were steered to the dark
Proud of achievement, we are making our mark
Our minds are so open, we need machines to decide
Our toys now destroy with no conscience to abide

Are you creator? Or do you need a savior?
Can you extend your life? Or will you die from the herd outside?
Do you rely when you're too weak to decide?
Is there soul in the machine that you can confide?
Will it help you when you′re lost, or sell you a way to hide?
