Our Atmosphere Songtext
von Models

It came crawling from its nest
Smelling of the sea
Its sand and wave felt on its face
It bled done for its tea
Throbbing organs caked and stored
See its mother pouting
Its passage here is stained and spent
See its father shouting

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It′s our presence in this world
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It's our absence in this world

In colour through the window
See it change its form at will
Plate in one hand, spoon in other
Calling for its will
Blind with no material
Drunk on its excursion
Chewing up our history
It lives out its new version

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It′s our presence in this world
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It's our absence in this world

Stuck inside the air conditioner
Seeing our condition
Leaking on its tailored clothes
Unaware of its position
Foundation from its predecessor
Ceaselessly retiring
It fumbles with regeneration
Hopelessly expiring

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It's our presence in this world
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It′s our absence in this world
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It′s our presence in this world
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
It's our absence in this world
