A sense of right and wrong in my daydream

The fall has begun
Zeroes dressed in white
Captivate the light in the longest sleep

Than crawling on the shore, at sea I've been water

Now I'm concrete
Now I'm a dry wall
Still I miss the days of dreams and laughter
When there was no warning of demise
I tried to run away the morning after
Just to fall into the mud of loss and compromise
Drowning in the stream of countless ordinary days
Watch the few surviving lights slowly fade away
