Levan Polka (Dancing Donkey) Songtext
von Masha Ray

Can you imagine what I saw
When I was walking long ago
In a lonely street in a lonely town
Please promise you will trust me now

First I told myself I see
A mirage, or a witchery
A donkey dancing polka
A donkey dancing polka

He smiled at me, I saw his teeth
His legs were moving to the beat
His tail was long, his body strong
And I began to dance along

Never saw him after that
My polka-dancing, donkey friend
The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

Can you imagine what I saw
When I was walking long ago
In a lonely street in a lonely town
Please promise you will trust me now

First I told myself I see
A mirage, or a witchery
A donkey dancing polka
A donkey dancing polka

He smiled at me, I saw his teeth
His legs were moving to the beat
His tail was long, his body strong
And I began to dance along

Never saw him after that
My polka-dancing, donkey friend
The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

The polka-dancing donkey

The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

The polka-dancing donkey
The polka-dancing donkey

Donkey dancing polka
A donkey dancing polka
