Closer Songtext
von Mark Velvet

I hear you calling to me
Inside my soul, a flaming spark
I′m slowly stepping into the unknown
Surprisingly, there's no dark
How much a simple choice can change
I′ve been exposed to the brightest light
You're holding out your hand
I'm reaching out

From now on
I′ll never be alone
Heart ablaze
You took me away to better days

Only light around me
The spark has turned into a flame
It′s melting our souls together
The closest people we became
Your warmth renounces darkness
All my nightmares are no more
You make me feel so real
I found love

From now on
I'll never be alone
Heart ablaze
You took me away to better days

And I was blessed from above
To discover you day by day
I′ve never felt so real
Until now
The universe has shrunk
To the size of our room
It's only you and me
And every second we′re getting closer
