Touch Grass (Demo) Songtext
von Major Murphy

Motorcars buzzing
Around and around
The houses all lined up
Across my little town
The distance between them
Could be defined
As only a stone′s throw
From your door down the vine

Touch grass
Touch down
Sit your little ass
On the solid ground
Your life
Touch mine
That's the reason
I′m smiling all the time

Everyday people
Everyday woes
Everyday shoes
Are filling up with toes
Everywhere cities
The bar is never closed
You can't throw it away then
Wonder where it goes

Touch grass
Touch down
Sit your little ass
On the solid ground
Your life
Touch mine
That's the reason
I′m smiling all the time

Can you keep it together
When it starts to unwind?
When the demons come knocking
Don′t pay them any mind

Who thinks they're so strong
They could block out the sun?
Even if you could
Why would that be fun?

Walk it out now
The lonely mile
Walk to the beat of your own drum
In your own style

Touch grass
Touch down
Sit your little ass
On the solid ground
Your life
Touch mine
That′s the reason
I'm smiling all the time

Touch grass
