Let's Dance Songtext

Let's Dance Songtext
The short time which you′ve known me,
Is a lifetime for a honeybee,
So let's not underestimate this thing.
You′ve got me writing poetry,
I don't know what's got into me,
But I′m smiling at the boy who tagged my bins.
In the beginning I tend to lose myself,
So I′m determined to end up on the shelf
'Cause I always want to be my number 1.
You′ve just been *like* such a star,
so I left this locked-up heart ajar
Standing on the Crags under a blood red moon.
It's too soon to tell, so we might as well
It′s too early to say, so just spend the night anyway.
No clue in advance, I still took the chance;
'Cause if we′re gonna dance, then let's dance.
Is a lifetime for a honeybee,
So let's not underestimate this thing.
You′ve got me writing poetry,
I don't know what's got into me,
But I′m smiling at the boy who tagged my bins.
In the beginning I tend to lose myself,
So I′m determined to end up on the shelf
'Cause I always want to be my number 1.
You′ve just been *like* such a star,
so I left this locked-up heart ajar
Standing on the Crags under a blood red moon.
It's too soon to tell, so we might as well
It′s too early to say, so just spend the night anyway.
No clue in advance, I still took the chance;
'Cause if we′re gonna dance, then let's dance.
