Good Cake Bad Cake Songtext
von LiR

Arrived where I wanted at quarter to two
Hoping to find something better to do
I took in the sunshine, lay on the grass
Watching the time going gracefully past

I woke in a fever and darkness had come
The sun must have dropped from the sky
Still there in the shadows at quarter to one
With the whole of the night passed me by

Strange how the darkness can smooth in your head
I was thinking of how it would be to be dead
And what it would be like if you weren′t around
Things would be easy that way

But hope can outshine the blackest of days
And none are too lost to be saved
And the life that you thought turned its back on you seems
To bring back all the love that you gave
