What must a man become?
Just to mend his broken soul?
In an ocean fixed of shoals
The clock ticks & I′m lost

If the apple falls
But stays beneath the surface
Then how did I become so far from purpose?
Where everything's golden
I′m the first one to drift
Married to anchors

Why does it always come to running?

Will somebody untie this rope around me?

From grief to gain

Sitting locked in the front row

I′m growing cold to the gift of life
Drifting further into wicked tides

Am I the hopeless one, not worth saving?
