This world is closing in all around me
And I think I'm about to fall

Then I reach out and hold on to you
And you give me the strength that I needed
All along, to carry on


Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of the death
I will fear no evil
For thou art with me Lord my God

Now I lay me down to sleep
I pray the Lord me soul to keep
Your word is light upon my path
And a lamp unto my feet

Without you I lose all control
But you give me the peace that I long for
