Take my money for the train
Don′t you know that everyone's got somewhere to go?
Well I live alone
In a quiet house at the bottom of a hill
And I used to walk a lot
Just to clear my mind
But now when I walk
I′m just reminded of those thoughts


Nothing's what it was
And my resentment is frustrating
A life that once was
Well it never amounted to anything
And makes loving that much harder
Makes the night that much darker
and sorry is just a worn out word
That never has an honest reply

I can get down on myself
But I think I enjoy the cry
Does something for myself

Why is it that I hold this pain?
