Rocket Boy Songtext
von Kajagoogoo

He was a beautiful boy
She was a beautiful woman
They were the beautiful stars
Of a Hollywood blockbuster

He bought a beautiful ring
For her beautiful finger
They had a beautiful home
And lived in California

Ooh, rocket boy
Loves calendar girl
Oh-oh, rocket boy
Thinks you′re out of this world

But calendar girl
Don't like rocket man
′Cause calendar girl
Is a, lesbian

The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah

They had a beautiful fight
They threw some beautiful punches
But he said it was alright
That he′d filmed what he wanted

He put it on the TV
He made it into a movie
So everybody could see
Their happy ever after

Ooh, rocket boy
Loves calendar girls
Ooh-ooh, rocket boy
Thinks they′re out of this world

But calendar girls
Don't like rocket men
′Cause calendar girls
Are a miss, lesbian

The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
The calendar girl′s got a brand new friend
Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah
The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
The calendar girl′s got a brand new friend
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah!

Aow!
Uh!

Ooh, rocket boy
Loves calendar girl
Ooh-ooh, rocket boy
Thinks you're out of this world

But calendar girl
Don't like rocket man
′Cause calendar girl
Is a
La-la-la-la-lesbian

The calendar girl′s got a brand new friend
The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah
The calendar girl′s got a brand new friend
The calendar girl's got a brand new friend
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah!
