ושמרו בני ישראל את השבת
לעשות את השבת לדורותם
ברית עולם
ביני ובין בני ישראל
אותה לעולם
כי ששת ימים עשה ה′ את השמיים ואת הארץ
וביום השביעי שבת בין הפש
ושמרו בני ישראל את השבת ושמרו בני ישראל את השבת
The children of Israel shall keep Shabbat
Observing it throughout their generations
As an everlasting covenant
It is a sign between Me and the children of Israel
For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth
And on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed
