Filled with beautiful flowers and trees
As you walk along, you come upon a door
Say to yourself, "Behind this door is something I really enjoy
Something, someone, or some activity that gives me pleasure"
And experience whatever you find behind it


Now picture yourself as an astronaut
Picture the total scene in your mind
Get into your suit and get ready to leave the Earth
For a pleasant trip into outer space
Slowly, slowly move away from the Earth
Watch the Earth getting smaller and smaller
As you begin to experience the floating weightlessness
Of deep, deep, deep space
Deeper and deeper into space
