When do we get a break?
2020 sucked - nobody′s claiming that that's not the case
I think I really need this year to breach
The surface of a perspective that proudly perseveres
Cause when this started, I swear I was swimming
Or at least declaring "I′m not drowning I'm just drinking-"

So now I've departed from that illusion and
let me make this pretty clear
I don′t like it here


Twist my arm or break a leg
Contort my face into a smile
It′s my shit show and it paid the bills
But then it all died

So if you wanna cut my head off
Don't be shy - I′ll start
Here's a nice blade for my jugular
