Fight against my self-destructive brain

It′s either this or I′ll be going insane

Let's talk about this for a moment yeah I have to admit
It′s been quite some time that I've been a misfit
I worry something′s wrong with me but definitions don't fit
And yet I′m still here at the bottom of this bottomless pit


With these fears that haunt me and never go away
Inducing panic attacks to my everyday
I can't stay and keep it up if it'll go on this way
I′m betrayed by myself and it′s not okay
