When the sun ascends
Picture the horizon
That unravels before you
A sprout seeded in the soil
Of confusion and gloom
Writhes in the rays
Of decaying strength
Of Sorrodise

Cultivated in worship of delusions
Blooming flower is portending parasite′s feast
Nourished on hope finally realized
The wine you drink has turned to scalding tar


Another pleading whisper
Trampled desire to be
Grows up before our eyes to lie
As rot in the cruelest depths of its own dreams

Watch as the new day comes
To mar the eternal night
Forcing the stars to fall
And turn to ash
Another change of seasons
Closing the cycle of flesh
Melting the soul once again

The tower falls, yet a new star is born
In tragedy and pain - the blissful gasp
As the dark sky sees each of us
So eternity has become mundane
