Thousand cranes soaring through the heavens, the descendanta of the sun
Dying shadows wither on the horizon
Igneous fields, veiled with dust

Burn, wondrous source of light
Our majestic father
Dusk kindle of the first flame
Ashes from the bonfire

We are here to sing for those bounded by dark an death, sleeping beneath us
As long as the fire burns inside of us, we shall praise the star
