Kirby Down B Songtext

Hey Hey Hey

Have I been punching myself in the face enough
Or do I need you to do that too

Still obsessing over Pokemon
Still drinking fruit punch
Not moving on
I′m tired

My card declined on therapy
Cause I spend all my money on used DVD's
I′m tired
But I own all of "Teen Titans"

So I ask myself
Why am I like this
And how do I stop
When can I be someone else
Who's everything I'm not

I sold my childhood Wii
For $30
Double A batteries
I′m too young for nostalgia

Miss watching Dragon Ball Z
Playing all the Zelda′s
Miss spamming Kirby's Down B
I′m too young for nostalgia

I'm just complaining
Wasting all my time
Just wish I could get back to 2009
do you still have your Xbox?
Why′d I sell me Wii?
We'll plug into my laptop
Cause Jake broke the TV

I′m a cheap copy of Rosenstock
I barely even reek of beer
I could never survive winter in Brooklyn
I fucking barely made it through last year
And I feel like I get punished
Anytime I try to be sincere
I can push the pedals all day long
I just need your help to steer
I want cursive letters and a greenery wall
In every venue that we play
And When people want to be in my life
Don't want to drive them all away
I want to shred my vocal chords
So my band will never ever have to play
I want to stop talking about how much I hate myself
But I don't have anything else to say
