Confetti Cannon Songtext
von Glowbug

An empty corner café
A street I typically never could take
I think there′s been a mistake
Living in a dream I had where everyone else just up and disappeared

I shot confetti in the air, but you didn't care
It′s getting hard to tell if anyone's still here
I blew the speakers out for you, but you didn't move
It′s getting hard to tell if anyone still grooves

No sign of struggle out there
No splatter pattern to trace anywhere
Icicle knives and no chairs
Living in a riddle where the answer really isn′t exactly clear

I shot confetti in the air, but you didn't care
It′s getting hard to tell if anyone's still here
I blew the speakers out for you, but you didn′t move
It's getting hard to tell if anyone still grooves

Guess I′ll spend the night alone
The night alone

I shot confetti in the air, but you didn't care
It's getting hard to tell if anyone′s still here
I blew the speakers out for you, but you didn′t move
It's getting hard to tell if anyone still grooves
