Color & Shape Songtext
von Formas

Just a note. A point, dimensional.
Steps we take, aware of what we′re not.
Many traces no one to be follow.
Colors that we use to find in hiding.
We could drive ourselves, becoming just as we want.
What is right, if you're the ones believing in this cage?
(Are you safe?)
Is this time all we have to play with paint, or ink, or oil?
We identify with what we believe
And not with what we are
Not with what we are.

Are we dead?
Numbed our heads?
Are we lost when we start thinking for ourselves?
With our hands, it′s our fate
for us to shape! Us to shape! (No!)

What is right for the price we pay?
To know where to aim or to know
In advance that this shot is made in vain?
In advance that this shot is made!
We are united by love
When lost, we meet, we learn
To play, we grow
With paint we dress to escape
To fight some more!
We identify (we'll identify with what we are)
with what we believe (what we are, what we are)
We identify (we'll identify with what we are)
with what we believe (and not with what we should be)
We identify (we′ll identify with what we are)
with what we believe (and not with what we should be).
We identify (we′ll identify with what we are)
with what we believe (and not with what we should be!).
