Lashed down, by ropes unseen
Scramble for diamonds in the dirt
My mind is haunted by malignant forces
Who want to magnify the hurt

Feeding on the best of me


When my train, goes off the tracks
I′ll take the carriage and paint it black
A wandering lamb in acid rain
Like an overflowing dam, set to burst from the strain

An overdose of life can be cured with a pill
A jab from a needle can cure all your ills
Like a hammer of violence, shrink wrapped in tears
Like a chalice of silence, full of all your worst fears

Avoiding the voice
Drowning in pain
