Modern Warrior Songtext
von Exhaust

Arriving at the hotel
It′s the evening before a fight
My eyes long for sleep
I enjoy the sound of the night

Tomorrow we will fight
The Championship is near
It was a long way to go
Don't wanna disappoint our fans out here

Security Service is on guard
Spectators are unquiet
The air is full of sound
The stadium is crowded and sold out
Shoulder stuffing, helmet
A bow of steel before my eyes
I′m looking straight ahead
I'm concentrating to the ball

We're on the field
There′s no thought of fear
And anyone, who′s standing in our way
Will not forget this day
I'm on my way and you don′t make me stay
No matter if I'm right or if I′m wrong
A modern warrior
Out in the fields
A modern warrior
Out in the fields
Out in the fields

Arriving at the frontline
We are standing in a row
Side by side in line
I enjoy this feeling of might

Handgrenades, Helmet
A loaded gun is in my arm
I'm standing on the edge
I′m concentrating to the charge

We're on the field
There's no thought of fear
And anyone, who′s standing in our way
Will not survive this day
I′m on my way and you don't make me stay
No matter if I′m right or if I'm wrong
A modern warrior
Out in the fields
A Modern Warrior
Out in the fields
