Endless Discord Songtext

Endless Discord Songtext

I′m seeking information, deep down in my own mind
My hope's reincarnation is nowhere to be found
We′re cursed to live, inside this feeble shell
Break through the amalgamation of heaven and hell

The beauty of life lies in discord
Lies in its pain, lies in this world

I'm bound by this search, between black and white
Stretching from dawn, 'till dusk falls to night

Horizons full of hope′s light turning to darkness and night
I′m trying to survive
This endless discord, called life
A new tide, and old passage
What once was gold now fades to dust
The sky, my destination
My journey eternal called life

I look for the light, seeking for it once more

The fear of damnation, my hands seek salvation
My mind turns to the cold and rain, from what once was blue skies
The ties that bind, the fears that confine
Your mind is a prison cell of your own design

Wouldn't you rather live a life filled with meaning?

Horizons full of hope′s light turning to darkness and night
I'm trying to survive
This endless discord, called life
A new tide, and old passage
What once was gold now fades to dust
The sky, my destination
My journey eternal called life

I saw you out in the rain, my arms to far out of reach
My life, riddled with discord, where the single constant was you
With a sound mind we can prevail, don′t disguise yourself in vain
Like kings and queens, we rise and we fall
To leave a legacy with no discord

Wouldn't you rather live a life filled with meaning?

To find peace inside
I′ll obliterate the pain
I will be free
I'll become the death of my misery

There's dark in the light, there′s hope in the night
I′m trying to survive
This endless discord, called life
A new tide, my passage
Not all that glows and shines is gold
The sky, my destination
My journey eternal called life
Not to survive, but to feel alive
