Doormat Songtext
von Dream Sitch

"the old portrait′s now a doormat for the new place / and a speaker left this organ on a loop / the door is wide open / to any ends that still be hanging loose

to the place holders,
make overs
the wobbled wheel and broken bone
in time becomes the cornerstone

speed up the lamp, there's a corner in the corner / at some point where some old edges meet / the window wide open / to any time the time could not complete

to the bottomed-outers
the long-routers
the scratchers-out and tumblers in
the bets-off and the chancers-slim
space holders
dream high rollers
the wobbled wheel and broken bone
in time becomes the cornerstone

bottomed out high roller
"
