Good Ol' Day Songtext
von Dillon Carmichael

Sun came up, coffee got drank
Wife got kissed, Lord got thanked
Paycheck showed up at the bank
Lord it′s been a good ol' day
Evenrude cranked, fish got caught
Half way home, beer got bought
Cans are cold, and the grease is hot
Lord it′s been a good ol' day
I'm right smack dab in the middle of
What I need more than just a little of
Gotta live it up ′fore I′m 6 feet down
I gotta good ol' dog

A good ol′ truck
A damn good women with some good ol' love
This good ol′ boys sure got it made
Lord it's been a good ol′ day
I'm looking at you in the fire light
Smiling at me like we just might
Slip off and make a real good night
Out of a good ol day
I'm right smack dab in the middle of
What I need more than just a little of
I gotta live it up fore I′m 6 feet down
I gotta good ol′ dog
A good ol' truck
A damn good women with some good ol′ love
This good ol' boys sure got it made
Lord it′s been a good ol' day
I′m right smack dab in the middle of
What I need more than just a little of
I gotta live it up 'fore I'm 6 feet down
I gotta good ol′ dog

A good ol′ truck
A damn good women with some good ol' love
This good ol′ boys sure got it made
Lord it's been a good ol′ day
Oh, this good ol' boys sure got it made
Lord it′s been a good ol' day
