I wanted to arrive at the promised land
That fame, offer in exchange for hard work, dedication and perseverance
But for some reason, I become discontent with my life
But why? I mean, I had everything I ever wanted but something was missing
It was my perspective (but I feel the same)
On what I thought I needed in order to be successful

And in order for you to understand my scope into fame
I first must give you a brief snippet
Of what I've gone through to get here in front you beautiful people
I am (Dennis Lloyd) and this is my journey into figuring out
Why purpose will always supersede fame
And the valuable lessons I learned from being, well, almost famous
