I Am the Weapon Songtext
von David Usher

Walking underwater
Sinking in the sand
Thought I saw the future
It′s just out of reach
Weighs me like an anchor
Wraps around our feet
Drags me to the city
I can see

You and I are helpless
Falling like the leaves
Blowing through the city

I am the weapon, I am the weapon
I am the weapon, I am the weapon

Forget the world I promised
Take only what you need
Things that really matter
You know that we're helpless
Just waiting on our knees
And nothing really matters

I am the weapon, I am the weapon
I am the weapon, I am the weapon

So we crumble into sand
Takes the better part of me
Leaves me waiting by the shore
And I don′t care I don't care
I don't need you, I won′t ever let go
So we crumble ′til it's gone, gone, gone

Walking underwater
Sinking in the sand
Thought I saw the future

I am the weapon, I am the weapon
I am the weapon, I am the weapon
I am the weapon, I am the weapon
