But I keep on making the same mistake
I need to learn to live for now
To live for me and not anyone else
Spent life average, don't be tired
So unforgiving like everything
I promised would be
Wisdom and faith just seem the same
But the path I′ve chosen's been divided two ways
This is a message
Sending time to the future me

We searched across the world for a place
That's not a rehearsal, this is not a phase
I have the rest of my life to work and do the rest
This was the only thing that made any sense


In the present I′m struggling to find any answers
Family and friends know that
Time and distance keep tearing me apart
I walk alone
I made this on my own
My heart′s been set on this so long
That I can't look back, I must go on
We must do this while we′re still young
