Do Something New Lord Songtext
von Chris Bowater

Do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

Do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

I just happen to know
Got to happen at the same time this afternoon
And the same song
I just happen to know that
There are people here tonight
Who have lost their way in God

The freshness of your experience in God has gone
But God wants to do something new in you
And this is sort of prayer God delight to answer
Do something new Lord
Let′s sing it, let's sing it, let′s mean it
Let's expect God to begin something tonight
Amen, praise Jesus

Do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

Do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

I open up my heart, as much have it all
I open up my will, to conform to Yours alone
But do something new

But do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

I lay before Your feet
All my hopes and my desires
Unreservedly submit
To what Your spirit may require
But do something new

But do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
Do something new

I only want to live for Your pleasure now
I love to please You Father
Please show me how
Oh, do something new

Do something new Lord
In my heart, make a start
Do something new Lord
In Jesus name
Do something new
