Now when I was a kid about two feet tall
I never used to shake hands at all
I′d laugh and wave and shout and call
But I didn't shake hands ′cause I was just too small

I learned a lot of things that I didn′t know
Now when I see a friend I don't just stop and stare
I walk right up and say, "Put ′er there."

Well I do it to my friends and they do it to me
So turn to your neighbor and say, "Howdy!"
