Aunt Tilly: Why Sofia my dear,
You have what it takes to be a great adventurer!

Don't pull your hair, out of despair before my song is through.
See I got a little recipe to take away your woes;
And all of the ingredients (gasp) are right behind your nose!

Stew, it′s a recipe for adventure cooking up inside of you!
So put on your thinking helmet,
Like adventurers must do;
