He reads the same magazines to find out who the best bands are
Falls out the same pubs when the same pubs close

And he's all right because he is a lad
You′d never think he was deviant or mad
And you'd never know what happens in his head
When he lies in bed
Staring at the ceiling

That girl's no different from anyone around her
She′s normal from her head to her high-heel shoes
She never has to worry ′cause she knows who her friends are
And if her friends hate something then she hates it too


And when she goes out on the town
You would never even know she was around
Because her camouflage is so absolute
That if she fell down dead
You'd never even notice
