I Thought About You Songtext
von Billy Walker

I saw the little birds fly two by two
What did I think about? I thought about you
Built in a nest with a love so true
What did I think about? I thought about you

Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me
Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me

I saw the little fish swim two by two
Down by the river and I thought about you
I saw the pretty girls walk two by two
What did I think about? I thought about you

Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me
Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me

Fishes swim and birdies sing
Can′t think about nothin' but a wedding ring
Can′t do anything
But sit around and think about you and sing

Sometimes I go to bed and dream
See bluebirds mating in the spring
Can't dream about nothin' but you and me
Start thinkin′ how sweet life′s a-gonna be

I saw the little birds fly two by two
What did I think about? I thought about you
Built in a nest with a love so true
What did I think about? I thought about you

Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me
Ooh-ooh-ooh-wee (ooh-ooh-wee), you and me
