I remember a time when breakfast was fun
Lucky Charms, Frosted Flakes, Fruit Loops, Cap′n Crunch

Since I've been an adult
Things have gotten so trite
Now it′s all about health
I hate every bite


Oats and bran, I'm not a fan
You don't do for me what a marshmallow can
Berries and nuts, they don′t make the cut
I′ve gotta get out of this cereal rut

Tony the Tiger made eating so great
The silly Trix rabbit was on a crusade
Lucky the Leprechaun made my life so magic
Grown up cereals have no mascot, it's tragic
