Patriotic farce crushing sedition, skull-fuck the poor

Service-molded mercenaries, ignoble litanies
"Dirty work" execution on order, mankind bedridden
Convoluted legislation, sempiternal coup funding
Instill like-minded bellicists, aeonian cycle repeating

Fighting to honor your country, by nature a virtuous deed
But those in power serve dual masters, one foreign, one greed
Command betrays its legion, derision towards the fleet
That bleeds for spineless bastards
Justified by doctored history


Acropolis beseeches thy life for thy ruler
To fight our causes just
Acclimate to poverty, disease, for our war
Through kings, czars, papacy, mein president
The song remains the same
Elite vice ordained command for more war

Aspiring Alexanders masquerading phallic fortitude
No force designed to conquer, only monetary dreams
