I sit alone with memory
The wind-fed wolf has left his lair
To keep the outcast company
The clouds careering swift on high
In continents all as grey as sky And mists come reeking up the plain
And pattering quick the chilling rain
For the night with a great breath and taking
Has taken my spirit outside
Me too I reel with disseminated consciousness
Like a man who has died
