Every one of friends that met me
Said I was smart
Not knowing my elementary arithmetic
The thing about math is the answers always state
If I′m so smart, why is this problem wrecking my brain?

I heard the smartest person knows that they don't
So I must be a genius trying to add one plus one
A simple equation that should add up to two
But I was just too stupid to follow it through

I swear I know this one, it′s right on the tip of my tongue
