Baba Yaga Songtext
Baba
Baba
Baba
Baba
Through the forest they roam
Lost, cold, and oh so alone
No end in sight, no one near
To ease their worry or their fear
A house appeared before them
They crept up through the gates
The house walked on two legs
There were no windows
Or a door to enter through
Dreadful and daunting
This prison roaming
Concerned, the children turned back
But a voice called out to them
Extending out her hand
The old lady was their friend
But little did they know
What this witch had in store
Baba Yaga
"This lady will help us to find our way"
Baba Yaga
"We′re going to get out of here. We will be okay"
Baba Yaga
She invited them into her home
Baba Yaga
The house bent down to let them in
She spoke in her native tongue
A language older than time
A doorway emerged before them
They followed her in, she led the way
They had the feeling of being watched
But no one else was around
A sense of dread filled the air
And the house smelt of burned flesh
The horrid witch stared at them
With disgust in her eyes
"We just want to go home"
"Then why did you run away?"
She took hold of the children
Forcing them onto the tables in front of her
Strapped them into the worn restraints
Made from children past
She started with their legs
Slicing bit by bit
Screams of pain could not be heard
In this dark prison
Their flesh, the witch will devour
Lifeless eyes filled with horror
Another meal for the witch of the east
Who preys on the worst adolescents
She roams the woods for her next meal
The children - In night she will kill
Do not become the next in her saga
Look out for old baba yaga
