Reflections of corrupters

Was it real that they were fighters before they passed to dawn

And no one believes she′s telling the truth, about her sunken dreams


She's held back by proprietors that make her seem insane

She sees shadows
Over her head

No one else sees them but her
They make her seem dead

Maybe she likes it better this way, or maybe it′s all a lie

She puts on her happy face, despite what she feels inside
