Bathed in moonlight
Swallowed by the night sky
I sit outside of myself
In the dark amongst waving limbs

Staring into the trees
Laying there listening to their leaves
Looking deep into myself
Through open eyes
I see the world for the first time
The first time
It′s not what I thought it was


See the hand of life moving in the wind
That made me hear its call
Whispering in my ear, offering its guidance
Have you seen its experience?
Falling deep in its influence
Explosion of beauty and a break of a mental sunrise
As worlds converge before my eyes

Breathing the first breath from inside the maternal womb
Conflicting feelings fill me
Moonlight now permeating my thoughts
Axioms not ready to confess
Obvious truths much harder to possess
The explosion of new horizons in front of me all this time
As the cold hand on my shoulder turns to warmth

I close my eyes and listen to the night sky
As I listen, I'm lost in the darkness of space
Overcoming myself in the face of the moonlight
