His eyes are fixed upon a dove
As fear resounds throughout the sketch
Afraid of something

Hieroglyphic images are written on a pyramid
Imprisoning someone
Something, somewhere, somehow


And do you see the picture of a girl
She stands by the river waiting for someone
And if you look above her head, you'll see
The goddess of the night at watch
Standing over

Petroglyph, a writing on a wall
Made for reasons that are unknown to us
Written for us
For us to see

And do you see a work of art upon the walls
Relayed through time
With a purpose?
Or do you see a vandalism
Destructive art
That we call graffiti
