Its time for being something more
Cuz we are their everything
Everything that they know and love
We try to hold up the sky, even when the ceiling is crashing down
Try to put value in their heart, so they never want for anything less

And i got one job
Keep it together
For one heart i do it all
In the hopes it will multiply
And grow into something powerful
By action, by word, i make my mark
Careful to make the mark you want to leave


Cuz if we make spark
It may ignite into a love
And spread to their entire state of being
Weave itself into their life
Become the normal they know and trust
Building a better place
A better place to start
Cuz everything we see
We judge by the contents of our heart

So make the time
To make them better
And sow a seed who′s growth will never stop
And will see the entirety
Of everything they touch

It wasn't done for me
That hole is my blueprint
So i build this heart as a way to undo
