In Hiroshima no voice no sound


Black rain is falling from the sky
An eerie silence, time stands still
Can mankind build this living hell?
No hope, nor prayers, time will tell

Seek, fathers seek, carry the dead
The innocent sleep, the sky burns red
Can history tell us what caused such pain?
Perished in flames, their memory remains

From the ashes of the old a new city was born
Thousands stood in silence; and on a hill
The sun would rise again in Hiroshima
