Okay, and then "Close to You" is, uh
I suppose, it′s technically the last song on the album
But it's actually like a "PS, here′s this song"
And the story behind this one is, I wrote it seven years ago, um

Yeah, seven years ago
And I'd posted a snippet of it, 20 seconds
At the time, kind of just like offhand, I was excited
But I had no sense of direction or sense of self
Um, ultimately, really, at the time


And so I didn't think anything of it, but then seven years passed
Where daily, I was getting very kind and also aggressive messages
From strangers asking for the song to exist in full form
And thematically and sonically, it finally kind of fit within the context of
This album that I love dearly, and, um
I felt like I grew into myself a lot through the process of writing this album
And I′m really grateful that "Close to You" found its home in this way

Um, so that′s the story there
